I´ve been working with mambo/joomla since 2004. One of the discoveries I have made is the possibility it is for small companies and organizations making webdesign to an easy job.
Often the price and difficulties in producing html are hindrances for going out with information on the web. Mambo/Joomla is free to use. The code is Open Source. Even a couple of really big companies in Sweden have made the decision to use Mambo/Joomla as the base for their publishing on the web. www.tv8.se They declared that they were saving an amount of more than 100000 SEK each year because of that. We have experienced that small companies and organizations can save a lot of money with Joomla. They also can get more people involved in the process of making important information coming out from the files to every mans awareness. /Roger |
